Get some fuel tank foam used in race fuel cells and fit in the oil tank, I had problems with the oil pump sucking air when braking hard but with the foam in the tank it won´t slosh around as much.

LOL............Yeh those YouTube vids show how an engine can be made in an afternoon, but its not that simple, ............i'ts been two and a half years since I started building my 12/118 engine and its still not working properly , the guys over on the GTBA have been working on a new GTBA radial inflow engine design for several years .............. you're doing great :-)

Just got the bike diff the reason for useing this will make sence when you see how i mount the engine.the drive shaft is a 3.7/1 ratio so if the free power unit can do a 25/30.000 rpm i will need to reduce it down a bit to say 12k to run the input shaft then from the diff hub it can be reduced again via a chain to rear axle if need be but as long as the shaft speeds around 12k that runs the diff a normal bike rpm will be achieved. A bike gearbox still might be the best option to get the free power down to lower rpm.
