Hi Aaron
Thanks for the offer , very generous of you , but I think I'd need to "wreck" the frame to fit everything in , maybe best if I try doing some actual measuring/design work first to check dimensions , it might be easier to construct a bespoke frame than modify one ..............a bit more thinking time required.

Got the tank mocked up in place I'm fairly happy with it overall.it should be very functional oil tank better than my first one   |

Finally got the tank all welded up it has been a fair process but probably one of the most important parts of the engine.  |

Been on line trying to find a gear set to achieve a 15.1 ratio which you'd think was easy but the gears get kinda large when you need 150 odd yeah good thing I have space think the reduction box will be 300mm or so on the big end

And amp control on the handle which is handy for alloy because of the way it heat soaks

Been making a plug for the gearbox and a furnace I'm going to try casting it see how I go might cast something small to get a feel for it first.   |

Having trouble getting my pattern out from the green sand cleanly I'm using talcom powder my sand is packed in nice.do all edges need to have a negitive taper or is straight ok.  |
