I could be interested.. What does the red tag say? A red tag is usually attached to a defective part.. Can you estimate the turbine or compressor wheel diameter ? I'm going to try to sell them online as whole units. I am unsure what to start them off at. I know they are still in use by the military, and are quite expensive, but I know that they don't have the same value on the private market. If they have no paperwork then they're as good as paperweights, you might get lucky with some collector but they'd have more value if you work out what compressor/turbine parts are in them that might be useful to people on here unless you know someone with the correct plane that needs parts lol

Let us know where and when you list em I listed them and got a good offer pretty quick. Big parts dealer wanted them as complete units. He's happy, I am happy. Most importantly, my wife is happy.

Lol bet he'll break them up or double the price and sell on ha He will refurbish them, then sell them. He will make a profit. He wouldn't have bought them had he thought otherwise. He has a lot of experience with these things, where I had none, so it made no sense for me to try to do any of the work myself. I had mentioned to him that I had considered taking them apart and selling them piece by piece, but he said they were worth more together, and that he was glad I didn't do that. But yes, after he works on them, he will more than likely double the price. Had I worked on them, I would have halved the price. hehe All's well that ends well.
