Hi Mike and guys
Nope , still the standard turbo shaft length , its actually ~10mm "shorter " than both FM-1 and the 9/94 engine as the comp is positioned further onto the quill when using the standard piston ring holder and oil slinger rather than my homemade bits , this has also made for a shorter flametube than the previous engines , exacerbated by the need for clearance over the larger diameter lube scavange gallery , the main section of the FT is only ~70mm long , evaporators ~95mm long , started assembly today , much easier with standard brass bushes :-) Cheers John
