Welcome Luc! It has been a while since I "saw" you, I left the pulse-jet.com forum a couple of years ago when I got fed up with allmighty "M" and his attitude (most of it through PM´s and emails) and haven´t checked back in since.

Hi guys, Kevin from Srilanka here. been googling & youtubing DIY GTB's for a while now & decided to finally give it a go. ive got both Kamps & Schrecklings books as starting material. hopefully with youguys help i will be having a working engine in the near future. Cheers all!

I'm Hudson, im fron Brazil and im a real pilot, i fly here a Beech baron and a king air and im doing university of tecnology in aircraft maintence!
I am passionate about engines, especially turbines, and im so glad to be here!

Hello JATO members.
I'm from UK.
Currently design Hands-on Interactives,robotic model exhibits.
Previously computer,Xerox,Science and Industry Museum engineer.
Never owned a Turbine.....
Helped fly an early WREN 64 micro turbine a couple of times
(And the Turbine bug bit!)
Started to design a 73mm diameter compressor turbine, using Shrecklin books and google... but lack of sutable equipment/time stopped it.
Present day.....
Just purchased a GTP 70-6-2
(In need of repair, wont start previous owner suspect pump unit?)
Also have an old 80hp Jetski pump+ small speed boat that may all just fit together in 😃
(I love Scrapheap challenge building stuff, so much so, I was team captain in it once)
I used to race lawn mowers,currently fitting a Turbo to a 135cc push mower to win a bet 😃
I would be Happy just get the GTP too run on a stand, but the boat sounds lots of fun too!
