That is one sweet pump Andy, it´ll suit you perfect! About the live streaming, I think I can say for sure that I won´t have time to follow any streaming videos. When the kids are awake I have my hands full and when they are asleep I am mostly busy in the workshop or doing stuff around the house until I have to sleep. Cheers! /Anders

The time of the test would be set, so if you only wanted to see that few minutes of the stream, you could just drop in. Life is always busy when you have children yep, can understand not all will have spare time, All The Best Andy

Hi every one, so this weekend i have mainly been testing the new oil pump set up. It is hard to get a true reflection of how the pump will preform when not running oil through the oil gallery's of the engine. But what i wanted to find out is how the motor and VESC would work, how much pressure i could generate etc. Well I managed over 10 Bar when setting the motor at full with cold oil, and even more when I closed of the needle valve, the reason the gauge does not sit on zero any more is because I managed go past its rated value.... For such a small motor i was very impressed So I warmed to oil to 84c, and with the motor at 80% I was able to get a stable 6 Bar for 10 minutes with the needle valve open, which has a 2.5 mm hole in it. I don't know how much this will reflect running on the engine... but i have a little room to turn things up. Working from the ccm x rpm we are around 12 Lpm I will soon do a video of some testing to share with you all, but for now I am going to have a few days and chill, cold weather playing havoc with my joint condition All The Best Andy

A very neat and compact pump unit you have built Andy, I am again impressed with your eye for details and your skills with the electronic shit that I hate myself.

Thanks.... :-) Have to see how the speed controller holds up on the track ETC, but friends that build battle robots have been using them and they say they are strong. So fingers crossed it will be issue free. Software for setting up, is easy and clear to use and how too's on YouTube help The eye for detail only comes from having to measure up to yours and John work.... you have both set high standards, i just trying to keep up... and i hope we inspire each another and others Andy

Andy,
This is a really nice looking pump unit...That really looks like something that could be called an "accessory". I have enjoyed watching the progress on your engine. Thanks for sharing!

Hi every one, hope you have all had a good holiday time. or Christmas etc....... i would like to with every one a very happy 2019 and hope all goes well with you projects over the next year So when most of us have been sitting on boxing day getting over Christmas day. Terry was at his work shop working on parts for the engine. Still a few bits to sort, a new tool to get to finish the cut through for the sump on the oil return, but am hoping soon to get it all together The boss on the front cover is for mounting the air, for the air impinged starting, a 1/4 BSP fitting with 6 mm pipe will deliver the air at 230 bar

If every thing fit and we don't have any issue that can not be sorted there and then.... All the bits should be coming home with me All The Best Andy
