BTW, I just noticed something. Did you mill the entire NGV assembly from a solid block of billet?

I say build and test it in incremental stages. 1) Regular gas turbine engine with nozzle optimized for thrust. 2) Gasturbine engine with afterburn and nozzle reoptimized for thrust. 3) Free power turbine.
If random people think you're a fruit loop your for doing engineering work like this, you know you're onto something good.

Excellent. Your new engine design is a lot more compact than the prior one. You could probably fit 2 or 3 in the back. Put that on Youtube and you will get a flood of hits.
