Judging from the heat marks on the ft most of the combustion is happing where it should just need some fine tuning i was reading up on bluff vains and what shape does what i might try some just above the tursurey zone to try slow the flow a little and favor the bottom more that should lower temps a bit i can remove them if it doesn't work.

I have this bike shaft drive id like to use for the kart its 4 to1 ratio a bit tall but i can reduce things more though a jack shaft or a small front spocket if i use a turbo scroll style free power houseing it will work out perfect with the exhaust faceing out the back and a clear exit.

Made a air divide in the intake that splits 50% of the volume and directs it at the tursurey holes wow what a difference that made.temps are sitting on an aven 658f as long as i keep it above 5psi went to 10psi then 20psi all good ran it up to about 25psi then my little fuel container run dry i had roughly 1.5l dident take long to use that up.the pitot seen 3psi at 25p2.i also installed a crude bbq temp gauge just as a guide it seem to follow my egt's pretty close so id say the run was a big success im verry happy.might be able to make a jet nozzle now.

Made a 69mm nozzle but after running out of kero i couldn't get the pump to go when the engine was preheating on lpg guess the added presure in the ft was stopping it from priming up oh well ill try again soon.

Relly need an oil cooler before i do any more decent runs the oil just heats up and it effects the pressure i plan to have a roll bar on the kart so ill mount it up high out the way and with the roll bar behind the seat i can have a heat/scatter sheald in place just for piece of mind.
