Don't you have an issue with the Garret tach? reached 120 K ....That seem quite fast for your engine OH yes..... thats another thing |

Yep afterburner is getting there, but think a mil or three to come off yet Something I should of got on video was the two draw steel cabinet 10 foot behind go flying |

Hi Andy,
In the first of the three videos, the afterburner starts to glow in the middle part at 01:00 min.
The engine is running very hot, without a/b is ignited and you see your egt gauge.
Something wrong with the combustion?

Andy not sure, you might notice i had afterburner fuel running at one point when the engine was at higher settings..... if flame had been coming out the engine, the afterburner would of lit, and it did not will be doing next run with out afterburner on, to me looking at the picture of the turbine wheel.... dont see much heat |

Not a clue what happening with sparkes.... think some one thought it might be funny to stick some waist from cnc machine..... every thing ran well.... did have aborted start before this run..... wire for igniter came away ..... long story

Better safe than sorry. |

Will give it a good check over when afterburner comes off.... but nothing odd on guages, no vibration, not panicing..... pitch of engine did not change.... combustion noise did not change...... but will be checked over ..... did you see the box behind |

Things went a little better, but learned a few things, 60mph on thrust only and not off the line
