Hi Andy
Good spoolup :-)
What sort of P2 were you running at ??
Was the A/B doing the "machine gunning" or was it you doing multiple ignitions ??
Cheers John

That is more like it!
Do you have any internal flame holders or is the turbulence enough to stabilize the flame?

Nice!
Still a bit tricky to ignite though, have you tried hot-streaking it with the throttle?
Olov and I struggled with AB spark ignition on the jet kicks and on the last twin-turbo kick we found that the fastest way to get the afterburner running was to start the AB pump on full flow from high idle.
Then Olov would slam the throttle to 80-90% to get a flame tongue through the turbine stage, that got it ignited in seconds. No more unwanted smoke shows.

Hi, yep, its what i did in the end, still a little lean, and a tweak on the spark plug should help. but once it lit, its easier to keep going..... Off to the track 1st June ..... hoping to get some real times in

Hello every one,
Should of posted this video a few weeks back, other things going on... yes I backed out a little.... am glad I did, a few things needed addressing.... Tyre pessures need a little work, chassis is stable. Am off to Santa Pod 22nd, more to come
Since this video, I have made a few little changes, am getting closer to full power aim of 70psi
Now I know the new design works, am making another one, with a lighter material thats able to deal with the heat a little better
All The Best Every One

Hi Andy
Nice run :-)
Not far now to breaking the 100MPH in the quarter barrier :-)
Steady as she goes , you'll feel more comfortable as you put more runs under your belt .
Cheers John
