Hi Stephan
Jetspecs is a crude device , it was never meant to give exact data as it would be impossible considering the thousands of variables and compressors/turbine combinations , it'll provide a ballpart set of numbers.
Actual outcomes will depend on the builder and their design considerations and limitations
Considering the numbers give a P2 of 32 psi or ~3.2 :1 PR , your output could be less, but it could also be more, depending on the comp/turb variables
Cheers John

yep , without a superback I'd be careful about running higher pressures

P2 + Ambient pressure/ ambient pressure , eg, 32 +14.7/14.7 = 46.7/14.7 = 3.1768 : 1 PR

I understand that my "future to be engine" has its limits Either it maxes out at the pressure ratio of 3:1 at around 29ish psi OR 2 bar P2 OR at its limiting RPM which is around 55300ish Max allowed EGT is around 600-700 degrees Celsius

VERY interesting this! I would get between 47-53 kg of thrust at the 29 psi max P2 pressure depending on what temperature outside.....run it in summertime i would get 47kg out of it and in the winter around 53kg....hmmm How much could be found with a afterburner? Around 75kg total?

~40% more with A/B , absolute temp of gases is doubled, velocity produced goes up as the square root of temp , so square root of 2 is 1.414 , so ~40% increase

Lot of work involved in fitting the new wheel :-( Hey john! What did you mean now?

Won't you need to machine the comp cover for the larger inducer and potentially different shroud curvature ??

Won't you need to machine the comp cover for the larger inducer and potentially different shroud curvature ?? Aahh, you meant that, well to be honest i dont know the exact wheel size,it Said 100mm but very Difficult to measure without taking off the covers (havent got the time yet for that)I might be wrong with my measurement....The wheel i purchased was for non superback ,as i understood it was for qsk45 turbo the 4033030.....have to grab Myself in the skin and take off the covers for properly measurement what i have there really. I also understand that It is hugimongus work to install 102mm in a hole for 100mm In that case i made a major stuffup!! In that case this New comp wheel become a real expensive paperweight What do you say about the scuffs and marks here and there on the wheel? Is it usable??

Its certainly hasn't been well treated with all those marks on it :-(
Doesn't look "new" to me , I don't know if I'd trust it any more than your original wheel .
