I've been using Chinese turbine wheels for years , my current TF15 turb wheels are chinese , their INCO713C(K418) turb wheels are OK to use , especially the larger sizes , some of the smaller auto size ones in very cheap turbos might be a bit of a concern , but the HX82 is a very common wheel

No clipping, that wheel is a paperweight now!,its structural is damaged and could explode if used
