I'll figure out some sort of mounting system. The cc and rectifier are 1.5mm steel so they will probably hold up. The tailcone is only 1mm and will need to be strengthend. Choke-cone as well.

How are you going to fuel this behemoth by the way? I guess propane is out of the question since it would cost an arm and a leg just to get it started, gasoline directly injected into the CC with a couple of Bosch pumps and spray nozzles? My friends with the Argus clone use 6 Bosch EFI pumps and still don´t get it up to full power, so don´t underestimate the need for fuel.

I don't usually underestimate the amount of fuel needed but when I do, it's by a factor of 10 A bunch of in-tank fuel pumps and nozzles shoud work to get her going. Ace_Fedde has suggested a common-rail diesel injection. This engine will run at maybe 30hz so that should be doable. Timed injection and you can lose 5 of those 6 pumps

"Build some augmenters" they said "they'll increase power" they said Man what a pain in the ass this was to hammer out. I build a 45 degree cone with the same length as 2*r*pi of the designed bellmouth and then welded it to a pipe, hammered it into the flare, cut it off and welded it to the augmenter body. Not quite 180 degrees put that's almost impossible to do. To fit these things I need to cut out a V shape. Shouldn't be too hard to bend the flares the rest of the way after that has been done. 2 more to go Flare kinda stick out near the weld, guess I'll cut there

That is one boring job, hammering bellmouth flanges into shape. Hit the damn thing on one end and the other side that you just finished changes shape...
