Thanks John, I have some scrap tubing that i will use to make up a dummy fixture to secure the gearbox. I will cut a part of the rear frame to clear the exhaust outlet, i would like to keep those two bosses at the rear which was use for the rear shocks and i can raise the free power up to 3 inchs so i can move the diff in a bit more. At the moment it measure from front axle to rear axle ~ 1.9 meters. I think it might be a bit to long for a trike Cheers, Mark.

Hi Mark
LOL....the JU-01 looks kinda small and lonely in that cavenous frame, plenty of room for all the ancillories .............and BIG fuel tank ;-)
Cheers John

Hi John, Yeah she small but should pump out some power to move the trike along, i have plenty of room to slide the diff under the gearbox but will need to find out what size sprockets i can use. The diff is a Borg Warner and can get different ratios for them.

All, note the use of wooden blocks to support the parts. The first thing a farmer/mechanic learns is that a pile of wooden blocks is essential to work on machinery of any kind.
Thanks, Ron
