Yeh , pressing does a more professional job , are you going to TIG or spot weld it together?

Very nice Andy. The quality looks like something JetCat would build.

Hi Andy, I'm really looking forward to the progress of your turbine I'm not sure what to think about your new design of this combustion chamber. is it revolutionary or have you missed something, namely the inside liner was accidentally reversed. In principle, small annular combustion chamber work very well and are constructed as follows. there are primary holes and secondary holes (because of the short combustion chambers for our turbines I leave off the designation "territorial" holes). primary holes are usually small and in large numbers, secondary holes are always large and relatively small numbers. Please to enlightenment. The front plate with the many small holes will be very interesting for me. the front plate of my kj66 provided with air scoops in 180 ° opposite to the following picture and it works great. as I said at the kj66. Another very important thing, I think, is that the large primary secondary holes must be stacked on top of each other, as the cool air meets the stream and spreads better in the combustion chamber. that was recommended in a forum. I know the design of the kj66 combustion chamber has a displacement of the secondary holes but it is also an older design. I wish you luck and I am looking forward to the progress Cheers Ralph translate.google.com
