Turbine rover mower project

Hi all,
Been busy working on some projects this year one of the projects is the Turbine rover mower project. I decided to put the big T30 turbo into a vehicle instead of a test stand, so came across a Rover ride on mower which is perfect for this large turbo as you will see in the photos.

Do you have any into on the turbo you're using?? Size of inducer/exducer etc...??

Hi John,
Yeah thanks mate may need some help on the way with this build from you and some of the other members. these aluminum bungs arrive today for my oil tank, this chap was the cheapest on Ebay all machine out of 6061 aluminum.

Hi Brett,
Yes i have a lot of info for this turbo, thanks to John, here is the info John did on the Comp and turbine wheels. I have two of these turbos but one of the turbine wheel which i sent up to John was not quite right so using the other turbine wheel.

I finish off the turbo rebuild, had the turbine scroll housing sandblasted and gave it a coat of high temp paint and bolted the NGV in place.

Got the combustor can sand blasted and gave it a coat of high temp paint , also made up the straps for the fuel cell will finish off tomorrow and then just need to fit the oil cooler and oil pump.

Today i finish off the fuel cell straps, oil cooler, oil pump brakets and made up a battery cradle. Next job is the two foot rests which need to be modified.

I got this small air tank today from Ebay another bargin, this will be the fuel tank for the afterburner fuel supply tank. just need to cut a hole on the top and replace with aluminium plate and weld on a filler neck.

Pick up the oil tank today from my local engineering shop still have a lot more work to do on the tank. I have a couple questions for you guys, do i need to fit a baffle plate in the tank?? Also will make up this box to help discourage air bubbles migrating in the oil any suggestions would be much appreciated.
